- Recipient name and email (for gift vouchers)
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe, our payment provider -- we never see your card details)
How We Use It
- To create and deliver your voucher
- To send confirmation and delivery emails
- To process redemptions at the point of sale
Third Parties
We share data with:
- Stripe -- payment processing
- Apple / Google -- wallet pass delivery (if you add to wallet)
We do not sell your data to anyone.
Data Retention
Voucher records are retained for the validity period of the voucher plus 1 year for legal compliance. You can request deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
Your Rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- Access -- request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Rectification -- ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure -- ask us to delete your data.
- Data portability -- receive your data in a machine-readable format.
